He has developed a suite of telecom pricing models and optimization techniques to provide a competitive advantage to network planning and procurement professionals at many industry-leading corporations to help design, benchmark, source and efficiently manage their portfolio of telecom services and service providers. JP is a trusted advisor to many Fortune 100 sourcing professionals and executives who are looking to enhance their telecom pricing expertise and add process efficiencies and best practices to their telecom procurement organization resulting in millions of dollars in annual savings. He received his Ph.D. from Stanford University in Engineering Economic Systems and Operations Research and is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique in France.
