I have over 15 year of experience working in the process side of IT. In 2001 I took my first steps in the IT world as an ITIL process manager. After some years I moved into the consultancy world designing functional processes giving end user training.  The past five years my  main focus has been on Software Asset Management and IT Procurement. 2 years ago I started at Liberty Global where I’m currently in the process of setting up a Pan European Software Asset Management Programme. My team is partly based in the Netherlands and partly in Poland and we service over 10 different Operating Companies of Liberty Global.
