Many years of Sourcing a very diverse range of products and services, skilled in all IT areas. Experience in many other areas including Marketing, Media, Market Data. Using Stakeholder Management, Spend Management, Negotiation and Contract management as key disciplines to ensure the best value is delivered and risk averted.
Management:
10 years of building teams and departments from the bottom up. Managing directly and Managing Managers. Often acting as a Mentor. Using various skills like coaching, planning, stakeholder management and training.
IT:
15 years of gaining Technical experience then onto team, department and strategic IT Management roles; involving extensive use of Project Management, Service Delivery and Service Mgmt skills.
Certified as a ITIL v3 Expert, Prince2 Practioner and MCSE.
