Pascal is Head of Procurement Services at the International Trade Centre (ITC), where he leads procurement strategy, policy development, and contract management for global procurement operations. He oversees high-value procurement projects, drives collaboration with UN agencies, and ensures compliance with international regulations. With over 20 years of experience, Pascal has held key procurement roles at WHO, UNOPS, and UNFPA, advising governments, managing complex tenders, and optimizing procurement processes across multiple regions.
