Norbert is SAM Compliance and Licensing Team Leader at E.ON, where he oversees software asset management processes and ensures licensing compliance across the organization. He leads initiatives to optimize software usage, implement SAM tools like Flexera, and align internal processes with regulatory and vendor requirements. Previously, Norbert held SAM-focused roles for example at Insight and IBM.
