After 15 years in Sourcing / Purchasing (both Direct and Indirect) in different industries (environment, Healthcare, Power), I took the challenge to create a Central SAM team to help my company (Alstom at that time) mostly to challenge SW manufacturers audits.

5 years and 2 companies later, I’m optimizing SW and IT services Spend and Contracts while mitigating the risks for Renault (Car Industry).
