Josh is a Technical Solutions Consultant specializing in Telecom Expense Management and Mobility Management. He also has a focus on Public Cloud Infrastructure, having earned a Solution Architect certification. Josh leads the Solutions Engineering team at Cass, with responsibilities that interface with Sales, Strategic Partners, Operations, Product Management, and Information Security. Josh has now been in the TEM industry for 12 years, with the last 5 being with Cass. Prior to that, Josh spent several years as a Software Engineer and IT consulting professional. Outside of work, Josh enjoys time with his family, reading, and golfing.

The best part about designing and delivering TEM solutions is getting to know other IT professionals, learning about them and their business, and then being able to produce something that makes their day better. This is true at all levels of the organizations we work with. Whether it is clearing out some new space in a department budget, automating that monotonous procurement process, or even freeing up some personal time (no more manipulating those manual reports at midnight!), it’s always rewarding when someone smiles and says your solution has made a difference for them.
