I’ve been in the ITAM & SAM industry for over 25 years and I find my passion helping companies realize the potential of having a strong ITAM & SAM program.  Whether it’s tracking your hardware and realizing your over-spending on your hardware to compliance issue on over-deployment of software or cost optimization on your hardware/software landscape.  I also have a very strong background in technology vendor management, sourcing and IT operations which helps on the technical aspect and sourcing activities involved.  My accomplishments include architecting and build-out of 5 ITAM/SAM programs at 5 Fortune 500 companies with average cost saves/avoidances and cost optimizations of ~$5M to $7M/year.
