Christian de Groot is an experienced IT professional currently working as Product Owner of ServiceNow SAMPro at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. In this role he is responsible for delivering value for license management, life cycle management and patch management processes and he guided the transition from Snow License Manager to ServiceNow SAMPro.
